it was more about structure you know what the ownershipstructure should be what are the capital needs of the companygoing to be to get us to a break even point and ultimately profitability what are the points of distribution thatwe need to get to? what are the costs involved in that was the marketingdollars that are gonna be required? so was very much about planning to builda foundation about what was going to be needed to get off of stage one stage two they really start to get past thebreak even point a few years later
now becomes more okay tax planning because now you're generatingtaxable income so how can we best do that to obtain tax efficiency growing needs of the company, addinginfrastructure controller finally not relying as much on bookkeepers and us as outsideaccountants to make sure the books are right now it's i need a controller in-house to helpme get to where i want to get to being very big part of that helping them analyze the business andget to that stage of having formal
financial statements and then the next stage once they reach national growth now that's a whole national distribution excuse me it'sit's a whole different ballgame has now there are twenty five, thirty, thirty fivemillion dollar company with dozens of employees and different pulls in needs and budgeting becomes so important to so now it's cash-flow projections on a monthly basis and it's p & lprojections on a monthly basis that are constantly breathing and living and being adjusted as we go
